1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Telosia, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use Telosia.

2. Service Description

Telosia provides astrological tools — including natal charts, transit readings, solar return charts, synastry (compatibility) analysis, and AI-generated astrological reports — available at telosia.app. These tools are offered for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Not Professional Advice

Telosia is not a licensed medical, psychological, financial, legal, or life-counseling service. Nothing on Telosia constitutes professional advice of any kind. Do not make important personal, health, financial, or legal decisions based solely on astrological readings. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

4. Account & Security

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contact@telosia.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false registration information.

5. Plans & Features

• Trial plan: granted to new users at registration, includes limited access to AI-generated reports and basic features.
• Premium plan: provides higher usage limits and access to all features.
• We reserve the right to modify plan features, limits, and pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

• You may not use automated scripts, bots, or tools to register accounts or access the service at scale.
• You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute Telosia's content or AI-generated outputs for commercial purposes.
• You may not impersonate other users or submit false information.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Accounts found to be abusing the service may be suspended or permanently terminated.

7. Your Content

You own the birth data and chart configurations you enter into Telosia. By using the service, you grant Telosia a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell or share your chart data with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. AI-Generated Content

Astrological reports and chat responses generated by the AI are produced by third-party language models (currently OpenAI) and may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or errors. AI-generated content is provided strictly for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon as factual or authoritative.

9. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to the service ceases and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Telosia and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@telosia.app to seek an informal resolution before pursuing any legal action.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Telosia after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
