Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 20, 2026
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow the site to remember information about your session. Telosia uses cookies exclusively to keep you logged in — we do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
2. Cookies We Use
- access_token — A JSON Web Token (JWT) that authenticates your requests to the server. It expires after approximately 15 minutes. Stored as an httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=lax cookie. Required for the service to work.
- refresh_token — A JWT used to silently renew your access token without requiring you to log in again. It expires after 7 days. Stored as an httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=lax cookie. Required to stay logged in across browser sessions.
3. No Tracking or Analytics Cookies
Telosia does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, social media tracking scripts, or any other third-party cookies for tracking or profiling purposes. Usage data is collected server-side only (see our Privacy Policy).
4. Third-Party Cookies
Cloudflare Turnstile — our bot-protection tool used at registration — may set a short-lived functional cookie to verify that the request comes from a real browser. This cookie is not used for tracking or advertising and is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
5. Managing Cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. However, because both cookies listed above are strictly necessary for authentication, clearing them will log you out and you will need to sign in again. Telosia does not offer a cookie consent banner because we do not use non-essential cookies.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if we change the cookies we use. Continued use of Telosia after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
